I think it would be nice if an Admin when looking at a users profile can require a password change upon next login. Say an Admin had to change the password manually for them and wouldn't like them to keep the password they emailed them they could force a password change.

I like that idea. The one way I could question it is why wouldn't the user change the password. Someone else knows it  !

This feature should be easy I would have thought considering password time and resetting is already a feature, this would just set the time they have to change it to immediate.
