Hi all,
I decided to take a chance and purchased a babbleboard license for my company's web site and want it to integrate with the look and feel of the website.
I realize that the documentation is not finished, but any information anyone can provide about the particulars of creating a theme with babbleboard would be very much appreciated.
Very nice product, easy setup for everything. I didn't need something as large as vBulletin and this seems to fit the bill nicely. Great work so far.
Thanks for any help!
Les

Hi Les.
As you have stated, the documentation is not yet finished, and I apologise for that.
As the development of BabbleBoard v1.1 continues, the documentation, unfortunately, be put on hold, however, when BB v1.1 is finally released, the documentation will be finished and updated with the new features.
Something that might interest you is the new Template System that myself and Caleyjag are working on. This gives you more flexibility of skinning as all the queries are stored in separate files.
If you require any more assistance, please PM me.

Hi Les,
For creating themes, there are a few different options available to you.
In v1.0 that you currently have, a theme folder has a stylesheet and images in it. All the layout and colours etc. are controlled by that stylesheet so that should be a good starting point for integrating your forum to your website.
The next stage of integrating is a bit more advanced (and has been made easier in v1.1). What you can do is take the php files from the includes/ folder and copy them into an includes/ folder in your theme (so the structure would be themes/THEME_NAME/includes/)
If you edit those files, it will give greater control of the structure of the forum.
In v1.1 we're introducing template files. They give an easier way of editing a theme because it only shows the html (with PHP variables) and so it should be clearer what each part of the code does. You can shuffle it about to suit.
Of course, if you are having difficulty you can just make a post detailing what you are attempting and we can help you
