Or anyone for that matter.

On IPB on the top of each forum section there's the coloured bar which contains the name of the category. So for example "Off-Topic" "Football Manager 2007" etc, how do I edit the colour of those and/or add images?

You can't 'add images' that easily, its a bloody pain to do so. :P


To change the background colour/image, either replace tile_cat via FTP for the skin you're using, or look up .maintitle in the stylesheet and change the hex code.

For the actual text, replace all forms of color: in the stylesheet in a maintitle class with what you want.

How much time you got? I was going to do it for FM-Player but it ended up being lost on a bloody upgrade, I ain't bothered since...

Time isn't really a problem, the sites been open for a year we're just customising the skin as we go along to eventually get it unique.

I only want simple graphics like one small 30x30 picture on the left hand side of the Title, like a bullet kind of thing.

If its small just add
RAW CODE
<img src="link to image" alt="for if image don't load" style="float:left;" />
in the forum title field.

It SHOULD work

In macro's, edit "cat_img" thats the little arrow beside the categories
