First batch, meant to be 15 cookie, we made 10 large ones instead, and they turned out fine

Tonight, I've just made my first cheesecake (with strawberries)
And that's to follow my Sunday Roast that I'm preparing.
Roast chicken, home made yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and LOTS of gravy.
