Design Needed - Can Pay

I'm using firefox so I presume you've made it for IE and never checked other browsers. Also is the sidebar static in the code somewhere, or generated by some sort of CMS? Are you using a CMS at all for generating the content?

I know about the text overlapping in FireFox i am working on that. The side bar text links, featured ads ect are not needed on the forum. The layout of the forum needs to have the same colours same type of header with the logo in and the main forum need to be like the main site under the header without the side links ect

The links in the top menu needs to be white text on the blue bg image just like the menu on the main site.
