When creating a new forum have the option to redirect to a diffrent site (url).
Example:
Create a forum called support, now rather then when clicked they are taken to that forum they are redirected to a contact us page or any web site you want.

I can understand why you would want such a feature, however, I believe linking like that to be more of a trick on visitors who think it's a legitimate forum. It's much wiser to use the nav-bar for adding links, or editing the template to have a blurb of text on your index.
